The title says it all... I'm so damn xxxx boring and wide awake I just dunno what I can do... The Internet is giving me crap speed. Can't even open a page without waiting for a full 5mins.
Nevertheless I had an eventful day today. Astro KO-ed, the shower irrigation got blocked, cut my pinky while closing the window, a cat came into the house, mom got sick. What else is waiting in front of me I wonder.
My lovely BiBi is in Kuantan now, a well deserved holiday for her. Too bad I can't accompany her, too much work on hand... Starting with Hazry's wedding at Impiana. Met few of my old old pals though.. Jew Chee, Ah Man, Melwyn, Sunny, John, Terence and Terence Kong was there too.
Cook lunch this afternoon.. What else but luncheon meat and egg

那么贵卖那么快
真的是很好吃啦!
我做了两个版本
无盐/有盐奶油
发现
有盐奶油会比较脆口
奶味美那么重
成本相对的低很多
大家吃了之后大部分说
有盐的比较好吃
我就比较喜欢无盐重重的奶油味
材料:(約20~25個)
無鹽奶油.....120g
糖粉.....50g
蛋黃.....1顆
牛奶.....15g
牛奶.....15g
低筋麵粉.....180g
草莓果醬..... 適量
做法:
1.無鹽奶油軟化後,加入過篩的糖粉一起打至鬆發變白
2.再把蛋黃分2~3次加入並拌勻
3.接著加入牛奶和過篩的低筋麵粉
4.攪拌均勻即為麵糰
1.將麵糰桿成約0.5公分厚的麵皮,放入冰箱冷藏
2.變硬後取出,用心形模型在麵皮上壓出數個心形排在烤盤上
3.再用較小的壓模壓成中空狀當做上層,將2片相疊
4.並在中空處填入果醬,最後 放入預熱烤箱,以180℃烤約20分鐘,即可

我还在上面撒了parmesan cheese powder
低筋面粉260克、中等大小鸡蛋2个、糖粉60克、牛油20克、少许全蛋液
制作过程:
1、牛油提前室温软化(手指可按下就行),低筋面粉提前过筛。
2、将面粉、牛油、鸡蛋、糖粉混合,用手捏合成面团,不要长时间揉搓,用保鲜膜包好静置松弛30分钟。
3、松弛好的面团,放在面板上,可以提前撒少许干面粉在面板上防沾,用擀面杖将面团擀成厚度为0.5厘米的长方形面片,用刀将面片切成宽0.5厘米的长条。
4、取一跟长条用双手捏住两端双手向反方向扭几下,呈螺旋状,依次将所有长面团扭好。
5、全部饼干坯完成后,排在烤盘内(烤盘不需要刷油或垫纸),用毛刷轻轻在饼坯上均匀刷上一层蛋液。
6、烤箱提前预热180度,中层,烘烤20-25分钟,烤至饼干表面金黄即可。
小提示:
1、阿拉棒的酥脆程度跟加入的牛油量有直接关系,如果喜欢更硬一些的口感,可以减少甚至不加牛油,但蛋液需要适当添加,以免面团过干不易整形。
2、阿拉棒的口感就是比较脆硬型的,所以鸡蛋和黄油都不要事先打发。如果喜欢酥软一点的口感,可以将黄油和鸡蛋略打发后再和面粉混合。
3、不能用细砂糖替换其中的糖粉,否则做出的阿拉棒棱角没有这么分明。
