做蛋糕失败的原因
1。巧克力的敌人是水 一滴水足以让巧克力硬化 只能丢掉
2。打法蛋白霜 脾气不好的蛋白很专一只能有糖一个情人 蛋黄或者水一来就妄想打发蛋白
3。鲜奶油必须冰过再打 糖不能少 温度高的时候 必须垫冰块
